Getting to the venue
5th international Cycling Congress will take place in the congress center Technopolis Moscow. Address: Volgogradsky prospect, 42 building 5. Below you can find several options on how to get to the venue. Please, plan your route in advance in order not to be late for opening.
By metro
Tekstilshchiki metro station is a three-minute walk from the Congress centre. Get in the last metro car from the center. Go up the stairs, after turnstiles turn right and go straight forward to the end of the underground passage. Continue moving straight and then cross Shosseynaya street under the bridge. After this take a little to the left and you will see the checkpoint 3A right in front of you. At the checkpoint say that you are coming to the Winter Cycling Congress (Velokongress).

Use this metro map to plan the route.
Moscow Central Circle + public transportation
MCC is the pink circle on the map (the bigger one).

Ugreshskaya station of Moscow Central Circle is three km away from Technopolis Moscow. You need to exit #3. There is a public transportation stop next to it called "Ugreshskaya station". Bus #633 and trolleybus #38 stop there.
You drop off at "Metro Tekstilshchiki" stop. After that you cross the railway using underpass and Shosseynaya street will be in front of you. After that you use the "By metro" description (see above).
Moscow Central Circle + bicycle
You can get from the MCC station to the Congress center by bicycle. You are allowed to take your bicycle with you in the MCC. It is free of charge.

Be careful: Volgogradsky prospect is not the most convenient place for cycling. After the overpass over the railway tracks along the road there is no pavement for about 250−300 meters. On summer photos it seems that it is possible to pass, but in the winter time it is most likely that all the space will be filled up with snow. We recommend to combine bicycle with the public transportation!

Here is the map of how to get from the MCC station by bike.

Some more facts about bicycle:
 — you are NOT allowed to bring your bike into the metro (exception is a folding bike)
 — you are allowed to bring your bike for free into the ground public transportation and Moscow Central Circle.
